APPLICATION

Purple-K agent is extremely effective against Class B fires, and has been shown to be at least 4 to 5 times as effective in extinguisher applications as carbon dioxide, and more than twice as effective as sodium bicarbonate based suppressants.
Various extinguishers will operate at temperatures as low as -65 °F and as high as 120 °ºF (-54 °ºC and 49 ºC).
